Totally agree with you. That’s why i stopped to work with head hunters and started to work with networking over Facebook. Now im working only with people who was recommended by my friends. Any other should to try very hard to get me spent time on their proposition.

Just remember that interview is a two-side process. Company interviewing you, while you are interviewing the company. Don’t hesitate to make your communication with HR public, may they get “good” for their shit work, and their bosses see what they do for the company.
