1) All information the same as in free package.
2) There is many local specialist that can help with your problems much faster then one guy on course.
3) Finding answer on problem is also programming task and people should learn to find answer by their own. Also StackOverflow can help much.
4) Certificate doesn’t give anything.

Better to save money for buying laptop with fast graphic card.
