15 years ago people even didnt know that some things are possible. It’s not fantasy or artistic literature, it’s technical literature. And here in IT world many things that we use half a year ago today is outdated already. So i dont agree with your point of view that year doesnt matter.
As about author he create affiliate site and not support of dev community, try to see the difference. And in real what the difference of this site with Amazon recommendation system?
